Jim Pickens - President

Mr. Pickens graduated from Kent State University with a degree in Finance and Business Management in 1978. His previous 30 years of experience includes positions with General Electric, Citicorp, Centrust Bank and Chase. His vision was to establish a minority owned equipment leasing and finance company that was based in Indianapolis that could serve universities, hospitals, non profits and corporations on a local, regional and national level.

Carolyn Goebel - Senior Vice President

Carolyn has been in the financial industry since 1990 and previously worked as both a Commercial Lender and Treasury Management Officer. She joined Putnam as an owner in 2016 and oversees the Documentation and Accounting areas.

Josh Goebel - Senior Vice President

Josh has been in the financial industry since 1991. He has extensive experience with commercial lending, leasing, and underwriting. He joined Putnam in 2016.
